What evidence will I need to provide?
Our loans are assessed on your ability to make the repayments. We therefore ask you to provide evidence of your financial situation which enables us to make a detailed analysis of your income and expenditure. As part of the loan application process we also conduct a credit history check.
You can repay your loan by standing order, payroll (subject to availability), benefit payment direct to your account or cash (conditions apply).
Please provide the following:-
Proof of Income
Last three months' bank or building society statements, or your most recent Post Office statement.
Your most recent wage slips.
Evidence of any benefits – award notice(s) or letter(s) from relevant authority showing the amount(s) you receive.
Proof of Expenditure
Bill payments – if you pay bills through your bank, the statements you provide should show regular payments.
If you do not pay your bills through your bank, you will need to provide evidence in the form of receipts, plans, cards and/or statements to show payments for the following:-
Current mortgage/rent statement
Gas and Electricity
Any other lenders
Details of any arrears
Details of any County Court Judgements
What Happens Next?
Once your completed application form and supporting paperwork is received we aim to provide you with a decision within 48 hours.
Use a Debt Test to find out whether you have, or are likely to have problems with your borrowing.
