Members can apply by registering for online account access and using the apply option from within "My Account" or if you are not already a member you can join and apply at the same time by completing our application form.
Visit us in our Leicester branch or one of our community points. If you wish to apply in branch you will need to bring with you two forms of original ID. You can find out more here.
What information will I need to provide?
Our loans are assessed on your ability to make the repayments. We may therefore ask you to provide evidence of your financial situation which enables us to make a detailed analysis of your income and expenditure. As part of the loan application process we also conduct a credit history check.

What Happens Next?
Complete your application online and we aim to provide you with a decision within 24 hours. We will keep you up to date at all stages of your application via email and text message. We may ask you to provide supporting ID and paperwork in which case your application will be processed once all documents are received.
