Automated Phone Service

You can ring Clockwise to get an automated balance of your accounts and request transfers to another account

  1. Call our office on 0116 242 3900 to register a four-digit Personal Identification Number, or PIN, for phone banking.

  2. Once you have registered, you will be given a different telephone number to use for phone banking.

  3. Call 0116 242 3908 and follow the instructions. You will need your PIN and your Clockwise membership number.

Bank accounts must be registered with Clockwise in advance before you can make a transfer using phone banking.
