Our CEO, Teresa Manning, was invited to Downing Street in June for a reception hosted by Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds to celebrate the contribution of Co-operatives and Mutuals to growth and prosperity in the UK.
Teresa also heard from Emma Reynolds, Economic Secretary to the Treasury and others about plans to support the government agenda of doubling the Mutual sector.
Teresa said these were “very exciting times and a privilege to meet many inspiring people from the sector”.
