Thank you for being a member of Clockwise. As an employee of one of our Payroll Partners you have access to easy payroll savings and discounted loan rates.

If you’re enjoying your membership, we’re hoping you’ll help us spread the word and refer a colleague to Clockwise. If you do, you and the colleague will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 each. We’ll run the draw for every 500 new members we get.

There’s no limit to how many colleagues you can invite, so the more people you tell about Clockwise the better chance you’ll have to win – and they can refer a colleague as well!

How to refer someone to Clockwise

Login to your account online and get your dedicated sharing link by clicking ‘Refer a Friend’ in the top right navigation

Alternatively you can ask your friend to join via the website Join Us page.

All they need to do is quote your membership number when prompted on the application.

Clockwise Refer a Colleague Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    a. The promotion is open to existing Clockwise Credit Union members aged 18 or over.
    b. Referred colleagues must be new to Clockwise, aged 18 or over, work for a Clockwise Payroll Partner, and eligible to join
    c. New members must join via the referral and set up a payroll savings deduction for the entry to count.

  2. How to Enter
    a. To take part, an existing member must refer a colleague to join Clockwise.
    b. For each successful referral where the colleague becomes a member and sets up a payroll savings deduction, both the referring member and the new member will receive one entry into the prize draw.
    c. There is no limit to the number of colleagues an existing member may refer.

  3. Prize Draw Structure
    a. A prize draw will take place every time Clockwise reaches 500 new qualifying members under this promotion.
    b. One winner will be selected at random per draw.
    c. The prize for each draw is £100 for the referring member and £100 for the referred colleague (total £200).

  4. Prize Details
    a. Prizes will be paid directly into each winner’s Clockwise account.
    b. Prizes are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.

  5. Winner Notification
    a. Winners will be contacted using the details held on their Clockwise account within 10 working days of the draw.
    b. If Clockwise is unable to contact a winner after reasonable attempts, Clockwise reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  6. Verification
    Clockwise may request proof of eligibility, membership, or referral details before awarding any prize.

  7. General Conditions
    a. Clockwise reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary.
    b. Entries generated by automated means or deemed fraudulent will be disqualified.
    c. By taking part, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.
    d. Clockwise Credit Union’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final.
