If you are already a member register for online account access. Once registered, you can send us documents, ask questions, apply online and request transfers 24/7, all in one place using our website or mobile app.

You can arrange payments and transfer funds using our automated phone system, 24 hours a day. Please contact us on 03301755792. However, when you do need to speak to someone, a member our team is on hand to help you Monday to Friday between 9.30am to 4.00 pm. You can also take advantage of our Post Office Cash Out Now service and ask for cash to be sent to pick up from your local post office. Ask our team for details

Our opening hours are as follows:
Mondays 10am – 2pm
Wednesdays 10am – 2pm
Fridays 10am – 2pm
Your health and safety and that of our staff we ask that you only visit if you are not showing any of the symptoms of coronavirus. Please contact us by phone or email if you are unable to visit but require support to access your account, or use our online chat facility.
If you do need to come to branch we will be maintaining strict social distancing, with only 3 people in the branch at any one time and we request that unless you have a medical reason not to, a mask must be worn at all times.

Please remember you apply for a loan or savings account online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. And members can also check balances, make transfers, print statements with our online account or mobile app.
