You can ring Clockwise to get an automated balance of your accounts and request transfers to another account

1. Call the office on 0116 2423900 to register a Personal Identification Number or PIN (four numbers) for phone banking.

2. You will be given a different number to ring

3. Call 0116 2423908 and follow the instructions. As well as you PIN you will need to hand your membership number.

Bank accounts must be pre-registered in advance.
