This wasn’t a decision we took lightly. Over time, fewer members have been using the branch, while the cost of keeping it open has continued to rise.

Closing the branch will allow us to focus our resources on delivering the best possible service for all Clockwise members.

How you can continue to access our services

All of our usual services will remain available. Members are welcome to visit our branches in Leicester and Nottingham, where our teams will be on hand to help.

You can also continue to manage your account, apply for a loan and contact our team online or by phone.

Future face-to-face support in the area

We are planning a new pop-up or face-to-face location for members in the area in the near future.

We will share more details about the location, opening times and services available as soon as these have been confirmed.
