Following the recent Government announcement, I want to reassure you that as an essential service, we are remaining open and you do not need to worry about accessing your Clockwise account and services. You can access your account online 24/7 and phone lines are open as usual, Mon to Fri, 9.30am – 4.00pm.
However, because this period of National Lockdown is in response to increasing cases of the more contagious variant of Covid-19, we have made the decision to temporarily reduce our branch opening hours as follows:
Mondays 10am – 2pm
Wednesdays 10am – 2pm
Fridays 10am – 2pm
Your health and safety and that of our staff and volunteers is our priority so we ask that you only visit the branch for urgent matters and we ask that you call us in advance where possible.
We also ask that you only visit if you are not showing any of the symptoms of coronavirus. Please contact us by phone or email if you are unable to visit but require support to access your account, or use our online chat facility.
If you do need to come to branch we will be maintaining strict social distancing, with only 3 people in the branch at any one time and we request that unless you have a medical reason not to, a mask must be worn at all times.
