Solaris data breach

If you have an Engage Card or Clockwise current account you may have seen an email this morning from our processing partner Solaris about a data breach in which personal contact details were accessed.

Personal information which may have been accessed includes; title, forename, surname, dob, sex, phone number and email address.

Your money is safe. No financial information has been accessed. This was not your Clockwise account, the breach was with our card processing partner Solaris who are investigating & working with cybersecurity experts to understand the extent of the breach and to enhance their security measures. As a security measure, your debit or Engage card is temporarily suspended, so you will not be able to use it to make online purchases.

No funds have been lost. The breach appears to involve personal information, but your financial information and account remain secure.

You should keep an eye out for phishing scams & do not share your personal information or click on links from unknown sources. – if an email or SMS doesn’t look right, you can contact us on 0330 17 55 792 or
